Mike Palmquist, the designer of TeamTreks: Glacier Bay and a partner at Portage Interactive, was the designer and producer of Amazon Trail (1, 2, and 3); Oregon Trail 3 and Oregon Trail 3 DVD; Oregon Trail 4; and Explore Yellowstone.
Larry Phenow, his partner at Portage Interactive, was the director of media services that recorded all the video and music for Amazon Trail and Oregon Trail. While at MECC and the Learning Company, Mike and Larry designed over two dozen other educational programs in science, language arts, and math.
